miles east of the intersection of routes 82 and 81 at Cambridge,
Illinois to County Road 1700E then 2 ˝ miles north OR six miles south of Geneseo on route 82 to County Road
1400N then 3 ˝ miles east to County Road 1700E then one mile south.

Sellers. Warranty Deed and
Title Insurance showing merchantable title will be provided to the Buyer.
Taxes for 2008 will be paid by the Seller.
All subsequent taxes will be paid by the Buyer. The successful
bidders will be required to sign a purchase agreement immediately
following the auction. A copy of the required contract is available from
